My fitness journey began with hours of cardio, chasing the "skinny" ideal, but I quickly realised that approach wasn’t sustainable. I moved on to fitness classes, which I loved, but eventually, my progress stalled. That’s when I braved the world of resistance training, and I’ve never looked back. Learning how to fuel my body properly, rather than restricting it, completely changed the way I trained and viewed food.

Alongside my fitness journey, I studied Psychology with a focus on how food impacts our brain and behaviours. This has shaped the way I approach both nutrition and mindset in fitness.

After university, I worked as a detective for two years, managing long shifts while still staying committed to my fitness. I understand first-hand how hard it can be to balance a demanding job with personal goals, which is why I’m passionate about helping others find realistic, sustainable ways to fit fitness into their busy lives.

I have a real passion for weight training, and it’s how I like to train my clients. I believe in its power to build strength, boost confidence, and create lasting change. Eventually, I left my detective career to pursue my passion for helping others through fitness. With my Level 3 Personal Training and Level 4 Nutrition qualifications, I focus on creating balanced, achievable plans that help you get stronger, feel more confident, and enjoy the process—no extremes, no gimmicks.
