Step 2

We'll have a FREE call to discuss your goals and lifestyle, allowing us to create a personalised plan. I offer a variety of packages tailored to your needs, whether you need help with nutrition, workouts, or both.

Step 3

You will get an email with a link to my app and how to set up your account. There is a quick questionnaire to fill out and you will be able to set up your payments. Then you’re all set!

Hey. I’m Kate.

My fitness journey began with chasing the "skinny" ideal through endless cardio, but it wasn’t sustainable. Discovering resistance training and learning how to properly fuel my body transformed not just my training but my mindset too.

With a Psychology degree focusing on food and behaviour, and previously having balanced fitness with a demanding career as a detective, I understand how to create sustainable plans that fit into busy lives.

Now, as a qualified Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, boost confidence, and achieve lasting results—no extremes, just balanced, enjoyable progress.

  • My online coaching will be charged as a direct debit.

    I will send you a payment link when you set up your account.

    My in-person coaching can be paid via bank transfer or standing order.

  • If I am not the right coach for you, you can cancel any time before your next payment date.

  • Access to my app where you will find your personalised workout plan, nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, constant one-to-one messaging for any questions you may have, and much more!

  • My online plans are all around resistance training, so a gym or access to weights is needed!
