Receive a full meal plan of easy-to-make meals. Including the ingredients list and prep instructions.
You can download your shopping list from the app.
Track your own foods in-app by scanning the packaging.
Workout Plan
Recieve a customised workout plan.
Including detailed exercise demonstrations, a feature to track your progress, and access to my exercise library for exploring additional exercises.
1-2-1 Support
Receive a weekly feedback video of your progress and constant support via message. Ask me about anything.
Exercise Demonstrations.
All the exercises in your plan are accompanied by custom-made videos, where I explain the equipment needed, the setup, and how to perform the movement.
There are also step-by-step instructions that you can follow.
How it works.
Simply follow these 3 steps.
Step 1
Fill out the enquiry form below. Make sure you have WhatsApp downloaded because I will initially send you a message on there.
Step 2
We'll have a FREE call to discuss your goals and lifestyle, allowing us to create a personalised plan. I offer a variety of packages tailored to your needs, whether you need help with nutrition, workouts, or both.
Step 3
You will get an email with a link to my app and how to set up your account. There is a quick questionnaire to fill out and you will be able to set up your payments. Then you’re all set!

If I am not the right coach for you, you can cancel and end your agreement with us at the end of your minimum commitment period. To do so, you must provide us with at least 1 month's notice.

No, I will design a plan for you around the equipment you have available. However, I would recommend joining a gym and can help you with finding one.
